Harmony Hub – Celebrating Difference

We run a dedicated inclusion group called the Harmony Hub, where staff, people we support, and community members come together to share lived experiences and celebrate what makes us unique. The Harmony Hub helps to shape our policies, raise awareness of inclusion topics, and promote allyship across the organisation.

Our approach is informed by national and local frameworks including:

• The Equality Act 2010
• The NHS Equality Delivery System (EDS2)
• Local authority equality, safeguarding, and commissioning standards
• The Public Sector Equality Duty

We also take proactive steps to address health inequalities affecting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
