Who we are and what we do

Welcome to our website and thanks for your interest.

We are a social enterprise which is passionate about enabling adults with Learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and/or mental ill health to have great fulfilling lives in their own homes and the local community.

Everyone we support lives in their own home, or with their family . Each person we support has a team of staff who have been matched to their needs and has been well trained.

We are a ‘Small Supports’ provider and are an Associate partner with the NDTI Program sponsored by NHSE and the LGA. This helps establish and nurture new ‘Small Supports’  provision across the UK – if you want to know more click this link to the NDTI website or contact Dave CEO.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission with two locations for our services.

Teesside – Rated ‘Outstanding’

Northumberland – Rated ‘Good’

We are a Community Interest Company which means any profit received is reinvested into the Company to improve service delivery. We have been running since 2010.

We also aim to create sustainable well-trained jobs in the Northeast.

We are proud to be a Real Living Wage Employer, and work hard to attract people who share our values and then retain them. If you are interested in joining us and share our values, we would love to hear from you.

These are the people you are most likely to speak to if you contact Positive Support for You.
